Items must be returned within 30 days of purchase.
Items must be unused, in their original condition, and with all original packaging.
Proof of purchase is required for all returns.

3. Return Process
· To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at support@diamondzephir.com. Once your return is approved, you will receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions on how to send your item back. Returns without an RMA number will not be accepted.
4. Shipping
· Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
5. Refunds
· Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.
6. Exchanges
· If you need to exchange an item for a different size or color, please follow the return process and place a new order for the desired item.
